Marie Zacarolli

Marie (Mary-Ann) Zacarolli 86, of Pleasantville, N.Y. and formerly of Mt. Vernon, N.Y. died on April 12, 2025. She was born on January 4, 1939 to the late Biagio and Caterina (nee Benicasa) Timpone. As a young woman, she volunteered her time in schools and with the church. She lived a life full of prayer and faith. She married the love of her life Rocco (Bill) Zacarolli. Marie is survived by her loving sons, Rocco Zacarolli of Valhalla, N.Y. and Anthony (Catherine) Zacarolli of Greenburgh, N.Y., one brother Nick (Arlene) Timpone of Yorktown, N.Y, and a lot of nieces and nephews. She also survived by her four cherished grandchildren, Isabella, Victoria, Nicole, and Dominic Zacarolli. She is predeceased by her beloved daughter, Roseanne Zacarolli in 2006, her husband Rocco (Bill) Zacarolli in 2018, and her three brothers and one sister. Reposing, Ballard-Durand Funeral Home on Monday, 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass, Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville, N.Y. on Tuesday, 10 am. Entombment Private.
