Maria Teresa Florindi

Maria T. Florindi passed away on June 30, 2015. She was 83. She was predeceased by her husband Armando and her brother Guistino. Maria is the loving mother of her son James & his wife Mary, and her son Frank & Joseph Berghino. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of her granddaughters Teresa and Jamie. She also leaves behind her sister Rina (Gino) in Italy along with many extended family members. Maria was the creative hands behind the original 'Villarina's' ravioli store in Tuckahoe, NY. Her delicious cooking has touched thousands. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 3 at 9:30am at Corpus Christi Church, Port Chester, NY. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Thursday, July 2 at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Avenue at South Broadway, White Plains, NY.
