Luther Tatum

Luther Tatum was born July 3, 1943, in Montgomery, Alabama. He went to school in Montgomery, Alabama and came to White Plains, NY in July of 1966. He began working at the Sanitation Department and remained there for 43 years. Luther loved his job. He met the love of his life, Rannie, in December of 1966. Luther and Rannie Hines Tatum got married in 1980 and had a daughter, Priscilla Tatum, December of 2010. Luther is predeceased by his mother Essie Tatum, Father, James Tatum, Sisters Magnolia Tatum, Carrie Fillyow, Estella Wilson and Susie Tatum Wilkerson. His precious memories and stories will always be cherished by his wife. He is survived by his wife, Rannie Hines Tatum of White Plains, NY, Brother, James Tatum (Sadie) of White Plains, NY, Sister, Dorothy Scoh of Montgomery, AL and a host of nieces and nephews.
