Louise P. Pandolfo of White Plains passed away on February 22, 2012 at the age of 98. Louise was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on February 24, 1914 to Frank and Clara Christoforo. Louise is predeceased by her husband of 53 years Frank in 1994. For many years Louise worked as a secretary at Western Union in New York City and at Saint John's University. Louise attended school in Waterbury and later went to Richmond Hill High School in Queens.
Louise raised her family in the Ridgewood neighborhood in Queens, New York. She cherished living there and always bragged that, "here you can walk to everything"�. Louise also enjoyed spending summers with the family at Candlewood Lake in Connecticut.
Holidays were her favorite times especially the fish feast on Christmas Eve. She was an avid fan of "the soaps"� on TV, watching religiously since their inception in the early 1960's.
Louise is survived by her two sons; Michael, and his wife Judy, of Waccabuc, New York and Frank of White Plains, New York. Louise is also survived by her grandchildren; Andrea, Michael, Julia and Laura and a great grandchild Michael Santos.
