Louis J. Iaquinto

Louis J. Iaquinto 90, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on Feb. 16, 2013 at his residence. He was born on Jan.11, 1923 to the late Giovanni and Rafaela (nee Greco) Iaquinto in NYC. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII. Louis was a retired Police Officer with NYPD retiring in 1970 and later worked as an equipment Mgr. for a construction firm. He was a hard working dedicated man who continued to watch over his family until his last breath. Louis was predeceased by his devoted wife, Mary (nee Frank) Iaquinto in 2008 and by his two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his two loving daughters, Laura (Ronald) Hanlon of Somers, N.Y. and Amy Iaquinto of Valhalla, N.Y. also survived by his two cherished granddaughters, Jennifer and Alexandra Hanlon. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Tuesday, 10 AM. Interment, Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, N.Y.
