Louis J. Addorisio

Surrounded by his family, Louis J. Addorisio passed away on Sunday morning October 6th 2019 in North Carolina. He was born in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Pietro and Lena Filomena Addorisio, his siblings Joseph Addorisio and Mary DeMeo.

Louis will be greatly missed by Aurora (nee DeVito) Addorisio , his devoted wife of 64 years, his daughters Donna Klein (Lorne Morris) & Joanne Benet, devoted son in law Andrew Benet, grandchildren Taylor & Grant Klein, Brooke & Amber Benet, as well as several nieces, nephews & cousins.

He served in the Marine Corp from 1950-1953. Louis was an avid gardener and bowler. He was also a member of The American Legion.

Louis was a wonderful loving dad and husband. Family always came first with him.

You will be forever in our hearts.

The wake will be at Hawthorne Funeral Home-21 W. Stevens Ave., Hawthorne NY 10532-914-769-4404 on Monday between 5-9pm and the funeral service will be at St Anthony’s of Padua Church- 85 Harrison St, West Harrison, NY 10604 at 10am on Tuesday with the Entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale NY.
