Lillian M. (Ericson) Lyons

Lillian M. Lyons 88, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on Sept. 15, 2018. She was born on Sept. 22, 1929 to the late William and Elsa (nee Bowman) Ericson in NYC. Lillian was predeceased by her devoted husband, William Lyons, Jr. and her son, William Lyons III and is survived by her loving sons, Robert of Brewster, N.Y., James of Riverdale, N.Y., Stephen of Danbury, CT., Daniel of Thornwood, N.Y., Thomas (Janet) of Thornwood, N.Y. and Kenneth of Pleasantville, N.Y. also survived by her ten cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Lillian lived life “her way”. Loved watching the Yankees, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy and anything Swedish. She was especially proud of her sons and immensely loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Any visit always brought a huge smile to her face. Funeral Service, St. John’s Episcopal Church, Pleasantville, N.Y. on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018 at 11 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations to Phelps Hospice, Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. would be appreciated.
