Lea Stern

Lea Stern died at home in White Plains, NY on November 25, 2024 at age 93. Daughter of Tillie and Benjamin Eisner, sister of Edith Patey (all three deceased), she grew up in New Jersey and Ohio, and earned her Master's Degree in English. She had many careers including as a teacher, a newspaper reporter and a real estate broker.

She leaves her children, Alan, Judith, Aaron and Richard, daughters-in-law Linda and Karen, and granddaughters Kira, Abigail, Sarah, and Mei as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Temple Shaaray Tefila, 89 Baldwin Rd, Bedford Corners, NY 10549, on Tuesday December 3rd at 11 am.
