Lazara Antonia Parisen

Lazara Antonia Parisen peacefully passed away surrounded by family on October 26, 2024, in Danbury, Connecticut at the age of 67. She was born to Natividad and Pedro Perez in Isabella De Sagua, Cuba. She and her parents migrated to the United States when she was 12 years old. Her vibrant spirit touched the lives of many.

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 13 years, Edward J Parisen III. Lazara's life was one filled with love, laughter, and a deep connection to her family. She is survived by a large and loving family, including her children Miriam, Antonio Jr, and Virginia, along with 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life.

After attending White Plains High School, Lazara pursued a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, dedicating herself to caring for others with compassion and kindness. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking delicious meals, dancing to the rhythm of life, and treasuring every moment spent surrounded by her family.

Lazara's warm and welcoming nature made her a cherished member of her community, and her contributions to society will be remembered by all who knew her. She possessed a unique ability to make everyone feel valued and loved, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those she encountered.

Her family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at Ballard-Durand Funeral Services in White Plains, NY on Tuesday November 5, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

As we mourn the loss of Lazara, let us remember the love and light she brought into the world and carry on her legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for family. Though she may have left this world, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
