Lawrence W. Passiatore

Lawrence W. Passiatore 68, formerly of Thornwood, N.Y. and Bronx, N.Y. and most recently of Patterson, N.Y. died on June 25, 2020. He was born on Oct. 14, 1951 to the late Jack and Norma (nee Greenbaum) Passiatore in Bronx, N.Y. He was a retired US Postal Service Mgr. in Bronx, N.Y. and was a co-owner of Jack J. Passiatore and Assoc. Insurance Co. in Bronx, N.Y. with his father. Music was his passion, and enjoyed his bands, Mac and the LJ’s and A Touch of Class along with various others and also did DJ work in Westchester. Larry is survived by his devoted wife, whom he married in 1997, Kathleen (nee Farina) Passiatore of Patterson, N.Y. and by his loving children, Michael, Jennifer, Angela, Rosalie Passiatore all of Ossining, N.Y. and Ariana Passiatore of Patterson, N.Y.  one sister, Sharan (Paul) Lozito of Somers, N.Y. also survived by his two cherished grandchildren, Jadyn and Andrew Rojas and  mother-in-law  Catherine Kantor (Acocella) of Patterson, N.Y.and brother-in-law Michael (Valerie) Farina of Hawthorne, N.Y. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and God Children. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 4:00-8:00 PM. (Social Distancing and Masks Required)   Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Wednesday, 10 AM. July 8, 2020. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to either, Alzheimer’s Association of Westchester and Putnam or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Memphis, TN., would be appreciated.
