Laura Evelyn Tota 81, a resident of Brandywine Nursing Home and a
former long time resident of Yonkers, N.Y. died on Jan.9, 2005 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y. She was born on July 22, 1923 to William A.and Laura Delle (nee Pennington)Weatherford in Lunenburg Co. Va. Laura worked for Marine Midland Bank in Yonkers, N.Y. retiring in 1988. She was predeceased by her husband Felice (Phil) Tota in 1991, 1 brother and 3 sisters. Laura is survived by 2 daughters, Kathryn Salandra of Valhalla, N.Y. and her children Justin and his wife Jennifer Salandra and Erika and Lindsay Salandra. Phyllis DiMattia and her husband Pat of Valhalla, N.Y. and their children Steven and his wife Michelle DiMattia and Karen DiMattia. 2 sisters Goldie Davis and Mary Jones both of Richmond, Va. Also survived by 2 great granddaughters Natalie DiMattia
and Chloe Salandra. A son in law John A. Salandra of Hawthorne, N.Y. also survives.In lieu of flowers donations to Brandywine Nursing Home 620 Sleepy Hollow Road Briarcliff Manor, N.Y. 10510 would be appriciated.
