Kevin R. Murphy

Kevin R. Murphy 65, of Hawthorne, N.Y. died unexpectedly on Dec.3, 2020 at his residence following a Stroke. He was born on Jan.27, 1955 to Joseph A. and Florence M. (nee Waugh) Murphy in Bronx, N.Y. Kevin graduated from Westlake High School Class of 1973 and had worked for Con Edison as a High Tension Wire Lineman. He was Predeceased by his father, Joseph and his brother, Joe. Kevin is survived by his mother, Florence Murphy and his siblings, Peggy (George), Jimmy (Rose), Tommy (Melissa), Danny, Dolly (Jerry), Evie (Tom) and many adored nieces and nephews along with a great nephew and a great niece. A Private Funeral Service will be held and then he will be laid to rest at the family plot at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.  We will always carry the memory of your smile and the sound of your laughter in our hearts.
