Kevin R. McElhinney 60, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on May 6, 2011 at White Plains Hospital Center. He was born on August 11, 1950 to the late Raymond and Frances (nee Bass) McElhinney in Bronx, N.Y. He was a retired union carpenter with local 608 in NYC. He is survived by his devoted wife Francine (nee Acampora) McElhinney of Valhalla, N.Y. and by his loving sons; Michael and Nicholas McElhinney of Valhalla, N.Y. and his brothers; Larry (Sylvia) McElhinney of Palm Coast, Fla. and Dennis (Anna) McElhinney of Monroe, N.J. and his sister Lois (Ed) Della Monica of Bronx, N.Y. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Tuesday 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
