Kevin J. Kelly

Kevin J. Kelly 65, of Hawthorne, N.Y. died suddenly on June 1, 2019. He was born on Sept. 6, 1953 to the late John and Maureen (nee Murphy) Kelly in Brooklyn, N.Y. Kevin was a retired Electrical Estimator with Local 3 in Flushing, N.Y. He was very Patriotic and was also very proud of his Irish Heritage. Kevin is survived by his devoted wife of almost 40 years, Diane (nee See) Kelly and his loving son, Christopher Kelly, both of Hawthorne, N.Y. also survived by his two brothers, Thomas and Stephen Kelly and best friend, Tony O’Connor of VT. Predeceased by one brother, Dennis Kelly in 2011. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Tuesday, 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, donations to either, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Memphis, TN or wounded warriors, would be appreciated.
