Kenneth Edward Tyler 70, of Mohegan Lake and formerly of Eastchester, N.Y. died on Dec.13, 2020 at his residence. He was born in the City of Yonkers On March 18,1950 to John and Eileen Tyler. He grew up in Yonkers and Graduated from Saunders High School. There he was certified as an Auto Mechanic. His passion for cars continued throughout his lifetime.
He married Sue Ellen Tyler (Light), they lived in Eastchester for 20 years before settling down in Mohegan Lake.
Kenneth worked for the city of Yonkers as an auto mechanic then went on to parking enforcement.
He was predeceased by his wife Sue Ellen who passed in 2003.He is survived by his loving daughter, Suzanne and son in law Paul Jackman of Valhalla, N.Y. His Grandchildren Matthew and Ryan whom he loved dearly as they did him. He was the hip grandpa and was Nick named G Pa due to his coolness .He is also survived by his brother Stephen and wife Andrea and his brother Jackie and partner Michael . He is also preceded by his youngest brother Douglas and his wife Mary. His nephews Erik and Sean . His nieces Kellianne, Jaimee and Theresa. Also many great nieces and nephews.  And many loving friends.
Kenneth had a passion for classic cars. He enjoyed restoring them. He also enjoyed racing cars at the track. His other passion was music and enjoyed listening to his lifelong collection of albums.
Kenneth had a long battle with Parkinson’s disease in which he always showed strength and pride. If you’d like to make a gift in his name we chose the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Due to the Current World Health Crisis, Memorial Services will be planned for the future.
