Kathleen D. Lynch 86, of Elmsford, N.Y. and formerly of Valhalla, N.Y. Died on March 31, 2012 at her residence. She was born on July 21, 1925 to the late Louis and Jennie (nee McCarthy) Delaney in Valhalla, N.Y. Kathleen worked for General Foods in White Plains, N.Y. She was predeceased by her devoted husband Joseph C. Lynch in 1980 and by her two sisters, Eleanor and Isabelle Delaney and by her one brother, John Delaney and her son in law Mark Sander in 2008. She is survived by her loving children; Sean J. Lynch of Mt.Kisco, N.Y. and Kathleen Lynch Sander of Newton, Mass. Also survived by her three cherished grandchildren; Emma, Lily and Isabelle Sander. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, on Tuesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Wednesday 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Arthritis Foundation.org would be appreciated.
