He was born on June 24, 1962 to the late Manolo Benitez Sanchez and Ernestina Gutierrez Lopez in Tenango, Morelos, Mexico. He was the Chef at Nesto's Deli in White Plains, NY. He is survived by his wife Luisa Benitez Pliego, Daughter Kathy and Son Manolo Benitez all of Elmsford, NY.  Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 4-7 PM.
