Joy (Rock) Glenn

Joy Rock Glenn 93, of NYC and most recently of Armonk, N.Y. died on July 2,2019. She was born on April 21,1926 to the late Nathan and Sara (nee Ferber) Rock in NYC. She was former owner-operator of Sara Rock Gifts in Brooklyn, N.Y. that she co owned with her mother for many years. Joy was predeceased by her devoted husband, Ira S. Glenn in 1991 and her beloved son, Jonathan Glenn in 2003. She is survived by her loving son, William (Bill) (Lisa) Glenn of Katonah, N.Y. one sister, Ruth (Bubbles) Solomon of Otis, MA. Also survived by her five cherished grandchildren, Robert (Linda), Jason (Erika), Carly, Sydney, Chloe and two great grandchildren. Graveside Services, New Montefiore Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y. on Friday, 11 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to Temple Shaaray Tefila 89 Baldwin Road Bedford Corners, N.Y. 10549, would be appreciated.
