Josephine Pecora

Josephine Pecora 90, of Elmsford, N.Y. died on April 22, 2012 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y. She was born on May 21, 1921 To the late Antonio and Magdalena (nee Zito) Varvaro in White Plains, N.Y., Josephine was predeceased by her devoted husband John P. Pecora in 2008, one brother and six sisters. She is survived by her loving children: John (Eunice) Pecora of Brewster, N.Y. Billy Pecora of Lake Worth, Fla. Pamela Pecora of Elmsford, N.Y. and Rosalie (Louis) Higgins of Boynton Beach, Fla. Also survived by her three cherished grandchildren: Sean Pecora, Brandon Viscusi and Nicole Pecora Drage and two great grandchildren. Loving companion to Matthew DeGregorio of Bronx, N.Y. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday (today) 9 AM- 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady of Mt.Carmel Church, Elmsford, N.Y. at 11 AM. Interment Mt.Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, N.Y. would be appreciated.
