Joseph L. O'Leary 79, of Hawthorne, N.Y. Died on Feb.4, 2015. He was born on July 17, 1935 to the late Harold FX and Alice (nee O'Brien) O'Leary in N.Y., N.Y. He is a retired Steamfitter-Welder with local 21 (formerly local 543) in Peekskill, N.Y. Joseph is survived by his devoted wife Gail (nee Washburn) O'Leary of Hawthorne, N.Y. and his loving daughter, Debbie (Doug) Miliambro of Wappingers Falls, N.Y. one brother, Richard O'Leary of Long Island. Also survived by his two cherished grandchildren, Kelly and Shane Miliambro and one great grandson, Nicholas. Predeceased by his eleven brothers and sisters. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 3-7 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Wednesday, 11 AM. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. would be appreciated.
