Joseph A. Manna, Sr

Joseph A. Manna, Sr. 92, of Mt. Vernon, N.Y. died on May 19, 2010. He was born on April 17, 1918 to the late Anthony and Constance Manna in Mt.Vernon, N.Y. He was a retired self employed General Contractor in the Westchester area. Joseph was a former member of the Lions Club and Elks Club of Mt.Vernon. He was predeceased by his devoted wife Carmela (nee Lembo) Manna in 2000 and by his three sisters; Marie, Camille and Margaret and by one grandson. He is survived by his loving children; Joseph Manna, Jr. and his wife Pamela of Somers, N.Y., Gerard Manna and his wife Maggie of Ridgefield, Conn., Joan Manna of Millis, Mass. and Katherine Rohrs and her husband Raymond of Belcamp, Maryland. Also survived by his ten cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Saturday 10:30 AM. Interment to follow.
