Joseph D Fragano Jr was born in White Plains on December 10, 1970 to Anna and Joseph Fragano. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He loved NASCAR, being outdoors, being with friends, going to the gym and loved kids, especially his niece Gianna. He graduated from White Plains High School in 1989. He was employed by Allstate Irrigation.
He is survived by his parents Anna and Joseph Fragano, brother Michael Fragano, Sister Karen Fragano-Conley (John), niece Gianna Fragano, aunts Mary Pilauskas and Patricia Cuoco and numerous cousins.
