John E. Frary

John E. Frary 72, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on May 18, 2010 at his residence. He was born on Feb.2, 1938 to the late William K. and Mary (nee Moser) Frary in Mansfield, Ohio. John was an attorney and Senior Vice President of Prudential Securities until his retirement, then sat as arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and N.A.S.D. in NYC. John also sat on the Board of Directors for Datek on line Holdings Corp. also in NYC. He was also a former President of the Board of Education of the Valhalla School District for 17 years. He is survived by his devoted wife Martha Jean (nee Wells) Frary of Valhalla, N.Y. His loving children; John Frary II and his wife Tammy of Valhalla, N.Y. and Cynthia Frary McNamara and her husband Bob of Guilford, Conn. one brother William K. Frary of Lebanon, Ohio and one sister Betty Jo Frary Deedrick of Mt.Vernon, Ohio. Also survived by his five cherished grandchildren; Katelyn, Luke, Mark, and Megan Frary McNamara and Emily Frary. Memorial Service, Valhalla United Methodist Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Monday May 24, 2010 at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester 311 North Street, Suite 204 White Plains, N.Y. 10605 would be appreciated.
