John Edward Forier

John Edward Forier, a resident of Lutz, Florida, died on November 21, 2011. He was 61.

Mr. Forier was born on August 12, 1950 in Queens, NY to John and Grace Forier. In addition to his parents he is survived by his two daughters, Julie Permutt and Joyce Forier; his grandson, Joshua Permutt; and his sister, Margie Giunta.

Mr. Forier graduated from Thomas Edison High School in 1968 and served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

Although his death was sudden and tragic, he lived his life to the fullest. He found a way to accomplish anything he set his mind to. Friends around the country and world will cherish fond memories of time spent with him.

Visiting hours will be on Thursday December 1, 2011 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:30-8:30pm at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Ave, White Plains where a memorial service will take place Thursday 7:30pm. Funeral services will be held Friday December 2, 2011 at Calverton National Cemetery at 11am.
