Joan Poulos, née Rusnak, age 83 passed away on December 21, 2017. She was originally from Brooklyn and was a long time resident of Elmsford, NY. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Bill and is survived by her children William (Marie), Christopher (Monica) and Jennifer; her grandchildren William, Alex, Michael, Christopher and Jessica as well as her brother John, sister-in-law Maureen, niece Erika and dear friend George Gerbacia. Her unique, witty sense of humor will be dearly missed by all of those who loved her. Funeral mass will be celebrated on December 23rd at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Elmsford, NY. Internment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY.
