Jeffrey C. Carosi

Jeffrey C. Carosi 52, of Montrose, N.Y. died on June 17, 2012. Jeff married Helyna Martinetti on Sept. 30, 1989 who survives him at home. He was born on Dec. 22, 1959 to the late Hugo and Brigeda (nee Greco) Carosi in NYC and was raised in Ossining, N.Y. Jeff was a 1978 graduate of Stepinac High School and 1980 graduate with a degree in horticulture from Suny Farmingdale. He had a 30 year career as an arborist. His great joy in life was sharing love and laughter with his family and friends. Besides his wife of Montrose, N.Y. Jeff is survived by his brother Robert (Patricia) Carosi of Lake Carmel, N.Y. and sister, Bridget (Romalo) Santucci of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. and six nieces and nephews; Timothy and Becca Martinetti, Shelby and Shane Santucci, Nicholas Carosi and Brett Hofbauer. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Where funeral services will be held at 8 PM. Interment Private. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to either Make a Wish Foundation of Hudson Valley, Epilepsy Foundation or Plant a Tree in his memory would be appreciated.
