Jeffrey J. Caponera

Jeffrey (Jeff) Caponera, 63, of Valhalla, NY passed away after an extended illness on November 30, 2016. Jeff was a long-time resident of Valhalla. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 36 years, Patti Caponera. Jeff leaves behind 4 daughters, Janice (Michael) Vuoso of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., Jamie (Christopher) Sutton of Kendall Park, N.J., Jody Caponera of East Windsor, N.J. and Clarissa Caponera of Philadelphia, P.A., as well as loving in-laws, Vincent Palmiotto, Brenda and Patrick Beadnell, Margo and John Markowitz and Raymond and Christine Palmiotto and many nieces and nephews. Jeff loved his job as a self-employed plumber in Westchester County for over 35 years because of the many kind-hearted customers. Jeff will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, sense of humor and love of animals. Visiting, Hawthorne Funeral Home, Saturday 4-8 PM where funeral services will take place Sunday 10:30AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations in his name to Rosary Hill Home in Hawthorne, NY would be appreciated.
