Jeanette Schwartz

Jeanette Schwartz, a resident of Hartsdale, died on March 22, 2012. She was 82.

Mrs. Schwartz was born on February 22, 1930 in Rypin, Poland to the late Eliezer Yohanan and Braina Miriam Schoingart. For many years before her retirement she worked as the manager for the White Plains High School.

She is survived by her husband Jack; her daughter, Barbara Aloni and her husband David; her grandchildren, Zvika, Revital, and Mairav; her sister, Batia Galek; and her brother Israel Schoingart.

Service Sunday 10am at Hebrew Institute of White Plains. Interment will follow at United Hebrew Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the Home of Barbara Aloni, 83 Smith Ave, White Plains from Sunday following the interment until Saturday sundown. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to the Hebrew Institute of White Plains or Mazon.
