Jeanette Russo

Jeanette Russo 96, of Thornwood, N.Y. passed away peacefully on Jan. 5, 2015. Jeanette was born on Jan. 19, 1918 to the late Antonio and Angelamarie DiPrinzio in Castlebordino, Italy. Jeanette was predeceased by her devoted husband Charles Russo Sr. in 1990. She was also predeceased by her caring brother Bernard DiPrinzio and sister Rose Russo. She is survived by her loving son Charles Russo (Diane) of Thornwood, N.Y. her two sisters Sylvia Lock of Ellsworth, Maine and Virginia Colucci of Ormond Beach, FL. and her brother Fred DiPrinzio of Valhalla, N.Y. She is also survived by her three cherished grandchildren Denise Russo, Scott Russo and Jason Russo and two great grandchildren Brittney Male and John Danik. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, Thursday Jan. 8, 2015 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. Funeral Mass, Friday 10AM at Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne, N.Y. Entombment, Our Lady Queen of Peace Mausoleum in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
