Janice E. (Horan) Shallman

Janice E. Shallman of New Rochelle N.Y. passed away on April 7, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. Jan a beloved daughter, was born on August 6, 1959 to the late Joseph E. Horan and Mary J. Horan of Milford N.H. She graduated from Milford High School and attended the University of New Hampshire.

She was a medical technician for North East Medical Group Pediatrics, in Rye Brook N.Y., where she conscientiously worked for many years. During her tenure there, she received several awards and accolades from doctors, management and parents for her exceptional patient care. She was known for her smile and positive attitude and so enjoyed caring for and following "her" babies from infancy to teenagers.

Jan is survived by two sisters, Kathy Gerrish of Norwood M.A. and Joyce Farley of Bedford N.H. As well as several nieces and nephews.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
