James Gerard Bouwman

James (Jim) G. Bouwman of Silver Lake, NY died peacefully from a brief illness with cancer on October 11, 2005 at White Plains Hospital. He was born on July 22, 1927 in Patterson, New Jersey to Cornelia and Philippe Bouwman. Jim was married to the late Gene Bouwman. Jim is survived by his sister Jacqueline (Molly) Bowman and his niece Bonnie Goebert of South Hampton, NY. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a retired service technician and dedicated employee of Cousins Electronics in Pleasantville, NY for 35 years. Jim was a fine craftsman and loved woodworking. He will be missed dearly by those whose lives he touched. A private service will be held by the family.
