Ines Tamara Krasne

Beloved wife of Charles A. Krasne, sister-in-law of Belle K. Ribicoff and the late Rita K. Krosney and Estelle Rubin, died on March 19 after a long illness. Tammy and Charles enjoyed a six-decade love affair, blessed with four children, Fred, Kenneth and Thatcher (and Stacie) Krasne and Kim Bacon as well as eight grandchildren, Tess, Taylor and Keira Krasne; Jeremy and Oliver Bacon; Lily, Chloe and Hudson Krasne. She is also survived by nieces, Karen Faller (and Jason), Jane Wagner, Dara Ribicoff, Elia Gold and Oria Grimm and by grandnephews, Avery, Morley and Ellery Faller. Like Eliza Doolittle, Tammy could have danced all night and often did. Charles kept the music playing for her. Together they traveled the world over and often and she was always at the ready for conditions both grand and grueling. A private funeral service will be held on Thursday.
