Han Wu

Han Wu was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He immigrated to the US from China in 1996 for a better life for his family. He obtained his Master's in Education from CUNY Brooklyn in 2000. Besides being a Physical Education teacher at the Rodeph Sholom School in Manhattan for 19 years, he was also a swim and track and field coach. Despite facing many hardships as an immigrant and a cancer survivor, he always had a smile on his face. He believed in hard work, continuous education and controlling his own destiny. He loved spending time with his family and his grandson, Leo, as well as fishing, cooking and trying all kinds of food.
