Gregory Gardini age 81, of Elmsford, NY, departed on February 10, 2020.

Gregory was born in Italy on March 28, 1938, to parents Luigi and Silia. He was the third child born of seven and is survived by his siblings Aldo, Frances, Delia, Giulio, Nino and Fernanda.

Gregory is survived by his wife Lynn whom he married on July 25, 1976, his son Gregory and daughter-in-law Kristin, many nieces and nephews as well as many friends who all loved him greatly. Gregory was a loving husband, father, uncle and friend to all.

Gregory came to America from Italy and became a hair dresser and entrepreneur. He loved what he did for a living and had customers that loved him so much they would follow him from New York City to Rockland County just to get a haircut from him. Gregory wanted to go back to work this year because he loved it so much.

Later in life, Gregory grew a passion for traveling with his family. He was happy to see new things and have new experiences, such as visiting Las Vegas, Arizona, California and New Orleans. But even if he was not traveling, he was happy just hanging out with his friends and family and having a good laugh. He always had a smile on his face and brought joy to anyone he interacted with.

Gregory was an amazing person who will truly be missed by anyone who knew him. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation in the name of Gregory Gardini to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as this was a charity which Gregory believed in and was near and dear to his heart.
