Grace Magaletta 83, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on June 25, 2013. She was born on Nov.26, 1929 to the late Gaetano and Rose (nee Maffia) Ippoliti in Yonkers, N.Y. She was a member of the Columbiette's with the Knights of Columbus St. Dominic Council, Thornwood, N.Y. Grace is survived by her devoted husband John Magaletta and her loving daughter, Annmarie Cavaliere and her sister, Carmella (Joseph) DeLosa
all of Thornwood, N.Y. also survived by her two cherished grandchildren, Jason and Melissa Cavaliere and sister in law Angie. Predeceased by her brothers, Thomas and Alphonse and sister, Helen. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Saturday, 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital 1275 York Ave. N.Y., N.Y. would be appreciated.
