Gloria Weil

Gloria R. Weil passed away on September 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband James L. Weil. She will be dearly missed by her children Tony, Peter and Jennifer; daughter in laws Lynne and Ann; and grandchildren Melanie, Daniel and Alexander. Born in New York City on February 28, 1930, Gloria attended the Fieldston School, received a BA from Radcliffe College and a Masters Degree in Education from The College of New Rochelle. She had a career as an educator and touched many lives with her kindness. Services at 10:30am on Wednesday September 14 at Ballard Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Ave, White Plains, NY. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to the Hospice and Palliative Care of Westchester or American Cancer Society.
