George P. Kavanagh 74, of Ocean Pines, MD and formerly of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on
May 18, 2014. He was born on Feb.22, 1940 to the late Andrew and Elizabeth Kavanagh in NYC. He proudly served in the US Army from 1962-1965. George is retired from IBM in Westchester County. He is survived by his wife, Susan Kavanagh of Ocean Pines, MD. and by his one brother, John (Kathryn) Kavanagh of Hawthorne, N.Y. and by his niece Theresa (Daniel) Euvino and their children, Nicholas and Anthony of Hawthorne, N.Y. and by one nephew, Raymond Kavanagh of Mt.Kisco, N.Y. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, 10 AM-12:30 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Wednesday, 1:00 PM.
