George J. DeVeaugh

George J. DeVeaugh, age 74, of Chapel Hill, N.C., formerly of Thornwood, NY, and Little Egg Harbor, NJ died Monday, November 15, 2004, at U. N. C. Hospital in Chapel Hill, N.C. surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late John DeVeaugh and Elizabeth (Spannknebel) DeVeaugh. Mr. DeVeaugh retired from New York Telephone. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Alayne G. (Binder) DeVeaugh; of Chapel Hill, N.C. Two Daughters, Diane Sweers of Jacksonville, Fla. Joanne DeVeaugh - Geiss of Chapel Hill, N.C. Two Sons Robert DeVeaugh of Patterson, NY, John DeVeaugh of Hempstead, N.C. Grandfather of Diana, Angela, Joseph and Victoria DeVeaugh- Geiss, Alexandria and Christopher Sweers, Jonathan, Maxine and Jeffery DeVeaugh Michael, Holly, Amber and Johnny DeVeaugh, Sister Elaine ( nee DeVeaugh ) Pavone of Schenevus, NY and numerous nieces and nephews. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home Friday 11 AM to 1 PM. Graveside service Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y. 1:30 PM followed by Interment.
