Francis J Cassese

Francis J. Cassese passed away August 4, 2014. He was born in Yonkers, NY on April 14, 1945 to Joseph Cassese (deceased) and Yolanda Cassese. He attended Yonkers schools, graduated from Westchester Community College earning an Associate’s Degree. After enlisting in the U.S. Air Force he completed his basic training at Lockland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas and was assigned to the Strategic Air Command. After completing enlistment as a sergeant he received an honorable discharge and was employed in sales management. He is survived by his mother Yolanda, his brother Richard, and many relatives and cousins. The family will receive friends from 2-4pm & 7-9pm on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Ballard-Durand FH (Elmsford Chapel), 72 e. Main St. Elmsford, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Elmsford on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 10 am. Entombment will follow the service at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY.
