Francine C. Arkontaky

Francine C. Arkontaky 91, of Yonkers, N.Y. died on May 21, 2019 at Calvary Hospital in Bronx, N.Y. She was born on June 8, 1927 to the late Carmine and Loretta (nee Fontechio) Brandonisi in Mt. Vernon, N.Y. Francine was a retired Registered Nurse at Mt. Vernon Hospital. She was Predeceased by her devoted husband, Peter Arkontaky in 1980 and is survived by her loving children, Michael Arkontaky of Yonkers, N.Y., and predeceased by daughter in law, (Becky Hahn), John (Margaret) Arkontaky of Eastchester, N.Y., Peter (Adrienne)  Arkontaky of Hawthorne, N.Y. and Lori Ryan of Yonkers, N.Y. also survived by her nine cherished grandchildren, Nikki, Roxane, Santino, Justine, Jenna, Jordan, Dawn, John and Dana and four great grandchildren, Lily, Luca, Nicholas and Julia. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday, 11AM- 11:45 AM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Friday, 12 Noon. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings, N.Y.
