Frances R. Kahn, a longtime resident of New York City and formerly of Hamden, CT, died on July 25, 2011. She was 69.
Ms. Kahn was born on June 7, 1942 in New Haven to the late Louis and Gertrude (Steinberger) Kahn. For many years before her retirement she was an Executive Vice-President of Market Research for BBDO.
She is survived by her sisters, Arlene Faiman and Nancy Ruttenberg and their families.
A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday 2:30pm at Congregation Kol Ami, 252 Soundview Avenue, White Plains.
