Elvira Fariello

Elvira Fariello 91, of Yorktown Hgts., N.Y. died on May 23, 2015 at her residence. She was born on Nov.27, 1923 to the late Frank and Bosaria Terrano in NYC. Elvira was predeceased by her devoted husband, Joseph Fariello and by her loving daughter, Laura Mirande both in 1991. She is survived by her cherished grandson, Brian Mirande (Tabitha Miller) of Wappingers Falls, N.Y. and one great granddaughter, Adriana Sophia Mirande. Also survived by her son in law, Thomas Mirande of Dover Plains, N.Y. and many nieces and nephews. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, St.Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Shrub Oak, N.Y. on Friday, 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
