Elizabeth M. Williams 89, a 46 year resident of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on Dec. 24, 2010 at her residence. She was born on Sept. 12, 1921 to the late John and Elizabeth (nee Bergin) Foley in Newport, RI. Elizabeth was predeceased by her devoted husband Arthur Williams and daughter Rita Williams both in 1992 and by her brother Michael Foley. She is survived by her loving daughters; Betty Ann Neubauer and her husband John of White Plains, N.Y., Maureen Brown and her husband James of Katonah, N.Y., Jeanne Crossett and her husband James of Hawthorne, N.Y. and Donna Darby and her husband Thomas of Thornwood, N.Y.
