Elizabeth H. Ciulla

Elizabeth H. Ciulla, a longtime resident of Valhalla, NY and a parishioner of Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla, died Monday April 23, 2012 at her home. She was 93. She was born on May 15, 1918 in NY City, the daughter of Edward and Ida Ulrich Marron. On October 19, 1947, Elizabeth married James V. Ciulla. Mr. Ciulla died on November 18, 2002. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth M. "Betty" Ciulla of Valhalla, her son James K. Ciulla and his wife Carla of Mahopac, NY, her sister, Alice Ciulla and her brothers Thomas and Arthur Marron along with many nieces and nephews. Her brother, Edward Marron predeceased her. Visiting will be held on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Hawthorne Funeral Home, 21 W. Stevens Ave. Hawthorne, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at Holy Name of Jesus Church. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
