Elio Di Berardino, devoted husband, loving and beloved father, passed away on January 28, 2021. Elio was a practicing attorney in New York City, having earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. In addition to his law degree, Elio earned his Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A) from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree also from Fordham University.

Elio grew up in the Bronx, New York and later, Suffern, New York, raised by his parents, Michael and Lily Di Berardino along with his sister, Rita. Elio eventually relocated to White Plains, New York, where he met his wife, Sheryl, also an attorney. They have two children, Brianna (2 years old) and Gabriella(1 year). Elio was a kind, generous, loving man, and was always eager to help out a friend or stranger in need. He was a best friend to many.

Elio leaves behind his loving wife, Sheryl, their children, Brianna and Gabriella, his sister Rita Yacubovich, her husband Michael, and their two children, Marisa and Michael. His wife, children and family will miss him dearly and will never forget the impact he has had on all who had the opportunity to know him both personally and professionally while here on Earth.
