Eleanor A. Olam 82, of Yonkers, N.Y. died on May 17, 2013. She was born on
July 2, 1930 to the late Frederick and Helena (nee Bergmann)Wiecke in Mt.Vernon, N.Y.
Eleanor was a retired payroll clerk at Childrens Village in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Walter C. Olam of Yonkers, N.Y. and by her
loving sons, Robert Olam of Yonkers, N.Y., John (Lucy Zaccaro) Olam of Putnam
Valley, N.Y. and James Olam of Montgomery, N.Y. one brother, Fred (Alma) Wiecke
of Lady Lakes, Fla. also survived by her two cherished grandchildren, Melissa and
Christopher Olam and several nieces and nephews. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, on Tuesday, 4-8 PM. where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 11 AM.
Interment, Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y.
