Edward F. Woehrle

Edward F Woehrle Sr. 88, of Melbourne, FL and formerly of Elmsford, NY. Died on July 24, 2018 in Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne, FL.  He was born on January 17, 1930 to the late Francis and Marion (nee Dunn) Woehrle in The Bronx, NY. He was a member of American Legion Post 520 in Elmsford, was a member of Holy Name Society of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Manager of Elmsford Little League, Cubmaster of Pack 108 Elmsford, assistant district commissioner Washington Irving Council BSA, White Plains, member of Indian River Telephone Pioneers Club Melbourne FL.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife Margaret “Peggy” Woehrle.  Edward is survived by his loving children, Edward (Kathy) Woehrle of Niskayuna, NY, James (Linda) Woehrle of Overland Park, KS, Margaret “Peggy” (Stephen) Vena of Niskayuna, NY, Michael (Nancy) Woehrle of Bloomingburg, NY, Stephen (Gayle) Woehrle of Elmsford, NY, Anne Marie (Richard) Dosch of Washingtonville, NY.  13 cherished grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by one granddaughter.  Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday July 29 ^th 3 to 7 PM. Funeral Mass, Monday, 10 AM Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Elmsford, NY.  Internment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
