Edda M. LoMonaco, of Hopewell Junction, NY died on March 8, 2019 at Vassar Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY under the care of Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation.

She was born on October 22, 1939 to her parents Andrea' Benedetti and Stefania Valconi in Pula, Croatia formerly Pula, Italy.

Edda married Enzo LoMonaco on April 30, 1961 and they had 2 children, Elisa and Gabriella.

She worked as a bookkeeper, and retired from Bellinger Davis Travel Agency.

Edda loved to travel, especially going on cruises with her family.

Edda is survived by her husband of over 57 years Enzo; their daughters and son-in-laws, Elisa and Stephen Marchwinski and Gabriella and Frank Locicero; their grandchildren, Ashley and Victoria Boston, and Stephanie Locicero.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 10th at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in White Plains, NY.

Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Queens, NY.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made in Edda's name to the Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation.
