Eda M. Vogl

Eda M. Vogl 91, of Mahopac, N.Y. and a former longtime resident of Valhalla, N.Y. died on June 19, 2018. She was born on April 13, 1927 to the late Pasquale and Eda (nee Rabbia) Figorito in Brooklyn, N.Y. Eda and her late husband Franzl Vogl were the former owner operators of Franzl’s Restaurant in Valhalla, N.Y. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Frank (Franzl) Vogl in 1998 and two deceased brothers, John and Lou Figorito and sister, Rose Baccarella. Eda is survived by her loving children, Franzl Vogl of Mahopac, N.Y., Craig Vogel of Danbury, CT and Linda Vogl of Mahopac, N.Y. one sister, Jean Aloi of NJ and also survived by her one cherished granddaughter, Amanda Vogl.  Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday (today) 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Saturday, 10 AM. Interment to follow.
