Donato G. Colitto 73, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on Sept.26, 2009 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y. He was born on July 4, 1936 to the late Michele and Michelina (nee Antonecchia) Colitto in Casalciprano, Compobosso, Italy. Donato was a carpenter with Local 608 and worked for Ess& Vee Acoustical Contractors Inc. in LIC, N.Y. He is survived by his devoted wife Anna (nee Iapaolo) Colitto of Valhalla, N.Y. His loving children; Michael Colitto and his wife Norys of Yonkers, N.Y. Anthony Colitto and his wife Joanne of Bronx, N.Y. Joseph Colitto and his wife Emily of Chicago, Ill. and Ann Marie Colitto of Valhalla, N.Y. 2 sisters, Elena Venditti of Rome, Italy and Nanina Battista of Cracas, Venezuela. Also survived by 3 cherished grandchildren; Nicholas, Samantha and Christina Colitto. Predeceased by 2 brothers Cristinziano and Frank Colitto. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday (today) 5-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Monday 11:30 AM. Entombment, Ferncliff Mausoleum, Hartsdale, N.Y.
